Fairly safe choices (thru the article in general).

Friendly I agree will be one to watch in 2004, his remixes and tracks towards the end of 2003 were wicked.

Santos.....SANTOS??? Fuck off. All the best breaks tunes to come from him were REMIXES.

Atomic Hooligan, well my judgment shall be made when I've heard Terry Hooligan DJ on the 16th :)

My tips for the top for 2004 are Evil 9 (boring I know) when their album drops it'll all kick off I'm sure of it.

What about Vandal, or has he been around for ages? I'm not quite trainspotter standard.
